it is an open secret among economists that unemployment rate is just a fuddy duddy number.. pay no heed to it

Plus those that are in courses.

That number doesn't look good at all.

Underemployed <> unemployed.

Unemployment rate does not reflect the true picture even in normal time

Earn $23k spend $19k is ok as long as the $19k is not fixed spending......can immediately cut down ......

By the way how come the pilot so suay leh? All the normal people buy property, all so easy make money, got income, gain financial freedom, why he losing money leh?   Isnt property the one way ticket to success? Very easy right?
