I felt that the staff are happy working there, can see from their work attitude. Somehow, I had this feeling that SS is perceived as supermarket for the low SES ... i know of people who never step foot into a SS supermarket... Drove same car until the one of his brother brought him a good marque. He is the only CEO where you can call him directly.
