Hello? This is ownself blow ownself ok? ...And only allow one blow per passenger. Give one big blow so that the "stick" registers your VOC. Otherwise will need to re-blow. 🌬️

Those people who have blowing problem then dont know need to re blow how many times before it is registered? 😅

Minor changes really. Expect masks, tracking & restrictions to stay until 2022.

"Singaporeans have to be prepared to stay in phase three for a prolonged period, potentially more than a year."

(btw, "calibrated" is just another word for "slow" 😀)

Phase 3 like not much different from phase 2? 😂

TraceTogether gonna be mandatory liao

TraceTogether check-ins to be compulsory at public venues in S'pore by end-December

SINGAPORE - By the end of December, checking in with the TraceTogether app or token will be mandatory at all popular venues, including restaurants, workplaces, schools and shopping malls, as Singapore prepares to enter phase three of its reopening.

It means members of the public will no longer be able to gain entry to these places by scanning SafeEntry QR codes with their phone cameras, or through the SingPass mobile app or barcodes on their NRIC. SafeEntry is the nation's digital check-in system mandated at all these places.

They must instead use either the TraceTogether app or token.

Mandatory use of TraceTogether will start at cinemas, which is among venues with activities that involve larger groups of people.

I keep hear radio can only use trace together token.. Can clarify is it trace together token only or can use either token or trace together app. Coz if can only use token.. Then what about tourist, those business travel to sg and etc? When they touch down sg, they will be issued with trace together token at the airport? No right? They need to download the trace together app right? So hope task force for covid-19 could clarify moving forward the 70% of places to be able to use trace together token only or token and trace together app?

Slowly it will moves toward safe entry token only.

11.      Another prerequisite is to expand the deployment of TraceTogether-only SafeEntry, where visitors are required to check in to SafeEntry through either scanning the QR code using the TraceTogether App on your phone, or by presenting your TraceTogether Token to be scanned. This allows us to ensure that persons visiting places where people are likely to be in contact for prolonged periods, or where human traffic is high, have the TraceTogether App or Token. In this regard, we will progressively roll out TraceTogether-only SafeEntry to workplaces, schools, and more public venues, including cinemas, live performances, shopping malls, and F&B outlets.

There is one big concern.. Which is what if elderly lost the trace together token and they are clueless on using smartphone other then making phone calls? I think since government gonna make it mandatory to use either trace together token /app.. Government should also have locations that should people lost the token and need to buy new one, they could go to that location to do that. If not it would be very difficult and frustrating if they lost the token and clueless on smartphone.. Then they can't even go in shopping malls and etc? This covid-19 situation already make people lose a lot of freedom. I think government should make it as easy for compliance and also as straightforward as possible and the device should be easily purchasable/replaceable . The easy for compliance and straightforward think government do quite a good job, but the device is it easily purchasable/replaceable?

Either token or app. No more IC

This one need to be very clear.. Just afraid that many people and business owner are not clear and then think can only use token. Then that's where dispute come..

The forced surveillance is getting fairly oppressive, we're effectively like China now - no app on smartphone = can't leave your home.

Worst part is that this kind of technology may end up becoming semi-permanent "for safety" or at least linger for years, long after COVID-19 has become a managed disease.

Will TT & SafeEntry still be mandatory in 2025?

Okay understand where government come from.. But if make it mandatory vs not mandatory is very different thing. Once make it mandatory especially if there is a need to use device to enter or sort of, then people should be also be able to replace the device as and when needed like lost the device, device faulty and etc. Hope government have that plan and don't keep thinking TraceTogether token lost still got hp to use what. This should not be the mindset, coz we need to think of whole population as a whole and not just general trend. Yes in terms on general trend, almost all people know how to use smartphone, but what about the very minority who is very lost, this is especially so for elderly? We must also not neglect them. Like for them, lost TraceTogether token = cannot go in shopping malls, cannot go wet market and etc? If they could go make replacement fine, if there is no way for replacement then this lady who lost the TraceTogether token how?
