True, even the controlling of the covid cases in japan also quite bad. The high cases keep coming back in Japan.

That is not quite true, especially in medicine.  Japan also has a lot of world class pharma companies. 

Just google Nobel prize in medicine and look for Japanese names vs say other Asian nationalities. If course the angmos are still at the top of the game.

yup. japan excel in many areas just that the close to heart like car, phone, kpop and home equipment and appliance we tend to see more Samsung and LG ... hehe

Case 58250 had travelled to the UAE under the Business Travel Pass. He had undergone a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test upon return to Singapore, and self-isolated at home while waiting for his test result. He was conveyed to the hospital after his test came back positive the next day. His serological test result has come back positive, which indicates likely past infection.

With both PCR and blood test positive, don't know whether he go it here or UAE.
