Train now is not so quiet liao, can get quite crowded. And most companies not really 50% wfh also. Street already getting more people and eatery during lunch also crowded. After govt allowed more people to go back office, from then many people already ownself declared phase 3 lo. 😂

So i guess when govt declared phase 3, i believe many people will ownself declared covid free liao.

Almost everything is back to normal, unless you are one of those that frequent night-life activities (still banned) . Not much left to gain from phase 3 except for larger gatherings allowed.

Ya, not much big difference whether it is phase 2 or 3. 😂 At least for my case, whether daily routine or work.

Note guys.

I was caught in a carpark jam when each exiting car had to insert the cashcard into the whatchamacallit machine to gain exit.

A helpful security guard came and offered to help insert cashcard.

It seems a great way to spread covid via contact.

Perhaps carpark vendors should have a clear sop.

Saves the embarrassment later report by sph that community spread begun at white house carpark or nearby campus. Gan and gan.

What was the carpark operator doing not physically there or resolvibg the strange problem and why the security guard physically helping insert card. Thereby a vector/fomite situation....

The big two needs review on how they train their new employees to operate in covid phases. Obviously big two ......bang bang 32 only, no 45s.

Do not discount the SG tampines repercussion.

Sadly many people see no/low case equal to no covid liao. And if we still wear a mask, no need to scare at all since it is proven near 100% safe?! 😅

There was a reported incident in the US where a hairdresser who later tested positive sparked a big scare among the customers who patronised the shop.

However there was later confirmed to have no further cases, mainly because everyone was masked.

Hygiene still matters a lot, we need to be conscious about sanitizing our hands when touching high contact surfaces and even more so if indoors situation.

The only community case is not a current case but a previous infected case.

Not sure which country is also counting the past non-active case but only tested now into statistic.

This is a current case. Swab test will be done in mass testing.

Once swab test shows positive, blood test will be done to see whether the infected person has the disease more than 7 days.

In this case, this person has been infected more than 7 days.

The family had occupied three tables at the restaurant, and there was mingling between the groups. Investigations are currently ongoing to assess if there had been any breach of the relevant safe management measures, MOH added, and epidemiological investigations are in progress.

Among those present at the dinner was his two-year-old niece. She had earlier been issued a five-day medical certificate from Nov 20 to Nov 24 for a runny nose, and has since tested negative for Covid-19.

As far as I read it, he's not positive for COVID now, but is positive for having had it before, somewhere and sometime.

This needs further clarification before declared as a SG local transmission.

Update on the community case at Tekka Market:

There is 1 case in the community today who is currently unlinked. Case 58412 is a Singaporean who is a stallholder selling mutton at Tekka Market. She is asymptomatic, and was detected from our community surveillance testing of stallholders in and around Tekka Centre on 26 November.

She was conveyed to the National Centre for Infectious Diseases the next day when her test result came back positive. Her serological test result is also positive, which indicates likely past infection.

She works with a co-worker at her stall at Tekka Market, and stays at Yishun Street 22 with her husband, who has been working at Mustafa Centre for the past few years. She regularly visits her children who stay at Bishan Street 13 and Tampines Street 86.

All her identified close contacts, including her family members and co-worker, have been isolated and placed on quarantine. They will be tested at the start and end of their quarantine.

1. Tekka Market Screening;

2. When her result came back positive, she was send to NCID.

3. Her blood test also positive.

Blood test will be done upon Positive Swab Test.  For massing screening, ONLY swab is done.
