To pay directly from TnG app, you need to buy RFID sticker.

It does not work for Woodland/Tuas toll and VEP.

You can link TnG card with TnG app.  Certain toll allows direct deduction from app rather than TnG card.

Just nice to pay VEP.

After that, top up at toll booth.

Malaysia to waive RM20 road charge for Singapore-registered vehicles between Apr 1 and Apr 7 - CNA

(channelnewsasia.com)https://www.channelnewsasia.com/asia/malaysia-waive-rm20-road-charge-singapore-registered-vehicles-2591246

Just simply pushing back the jam to 8 April onwards 😆. Much more practical to appoint Agents to sell pre-loaded TnG cards in Singapore and fix VEP tags

My TNG card expires 1/24. But not able to add to the app.

I suppose many travelling to Malaysia will buy lots of TNG cards and bring back to SG to sell.

Carousell already have sellers. Some sell just the card with zero value whilst the more enterprising ones load it with some value to get you across the Causeway to top up. And earn more money in the process 😉

According to EZ-Link x Touch ‘n Go Motoring Card ....

"The top-up done in Singapore will be in SGD into your SGD purse and the funds can only be used in Singapore"
"Due to regulatory restriction, cross-border top-up is not allowed. Please top up the individual purses in your card at the respective touchpoints"

So issue is more regulatory than anything else

So will the expiry be the same for both countries?
