I thought there is pressure to open up the borders, to allow larger scale gathering (religious, work, social, convention), etc. Got to ensure we can manage the risk. Can't afford a second lockdown and to spend another $100b. Much cheaper to spend a few hundred millions on tokens and testing. Hope the strategies work, otherwise heads must roll for 劳民伤财。i really don't want to nest at home, so i will carry the token (also to protect myself and family as risk level will rise). Then no point if only one sided opened up border with no quarantine.
