they still have many loyal uncle aunties customers, the Heeren outlet was not a good location though.

Always felt is a mistake for them to move out of Center Point.

When think of Robinson, always correlate the Robinson sale at Center Point.

I guess those clinic no business probably due to medicine no good, use cheap cheap type of medicine, or charges too ex, or doctor not friendly with MCs. [rolleyes] My house nearby have one GP clinic, business used to be very good due to medicine not bad and charges not ex. Then recently they change a new management, medicine still same but charges become very ex, and now business no good liao.

Erm. compared to CD and cassette I think Vinyl is more of a collectables items.

I dunno if there is a huge market anot, but at least I know my cousin who is collecting vinyl spend all his fortune on the equipment and all the rare vinyl. 🤣

Turbocharged

wonder if the loss of these big anchor tenants will make the landlords revise their rentals downwards

and in turn make the developers of new malls be more cautious and not overbid for the parcel of lands

the entire commercial property market needs to be reset in some way, or else we will become the next HK
