Is ubin the only spot in Singapore where you can drive a dereg car ?

I know Batam have plenty of dereg sg plates car

There got petrol station or not, to begin with? i haven't been there for around 35 yr, so can't remember. Who will go pump petrol there?

I think some of the homes use diesel and hence got taxi there. Just not sure where to get petrol.

I suppose in a small village, they operate like a bicycle ..
