But i guess deputy group director in LTA, salary should have 5 digits pay right? Even his pay is $10,001 also consider 5 digits pay lo. Cannot be less than $10k.

Deputy group director should not be small shot, cause his signature can fetch $1.2m? Director level raking should be quite high.

Audit General Office conducted audit every year and this was not flag out earlier... Am I right to assume there are more such cases going undetected and part of our tax money are wasted unknowingly?

Honestly, I am quite pissed off with such news. If it has something to do with opposition party, I think the paper will report / update the case every other days, and someone's pant will dropped... But for the past cases, how many still remember them?
