Maybe i should just ignore FC and everything else haha Would check it out, probably op for comfort too, thanks One question regarding compatibility issues. If my current rims are ET 45, would an aftermarket ET 42 fit? As most rims i see comes at ET 42. Also for 18 inch rims, do they usually comes in width 8? Was thinking if width 7.5 helps more in FC, as it is the stock spec of the higher end model of my car. 8J rims can, but ET40, officially speaking. So if new rims of 8J has ET of 40 or less should be ok. ↡ Advertisement

If 18” rim + tyre heavier than 16”, FC confirm will be higher. Current rim is 16, offset +45. But same car higher trims do have 18" wheels. Currently quite flushed. Stock 16 rims is around 8.7kg. Considered quite light? I see quite high-end 18inch rims also is 8+kg haha

Unless every traffic light you must be the first car to move off or you are so concern with the few dollars more of fuel per month. I changed mine from 215 to 235 front and 265 rear because I like the rims being very easy to wash and maintain, I didn't feel any pain in FC and neither did I feel the car being so slow when moving off. 😅😅 but larger tyres can be more expensive, recently because side wall on one of the rear tyre got scratched, I went to replace the two rear tires, damage was about $700😪😪 Edited August 13, 2021 by Ct3833 1

Transmission typically reads the speed from the sensors in the gearbox. Don’t really care what tires or sizes you put on. ABS wheel sensors just measure the difference between the wheels. Also don’t care if you go bigger as long as all wheels roughly the same size.
