i think you are missing the point, in trying to equate engineering skills to "capability" in serving the people?

... kind of curious what skills you need in serving the people?

my definition of serving the people is not appealing traffic fines but rather tackling jobs creation, cost of living issues.

To be blunt, it is whatever you lack. To have to ask this means for sure you lack the necessary skills to serve.

From my WhatsApp group. Your job in the list?🤣

India-Singapore Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement was first mooted by GOH CHOK TONG in 2002. The Declaration of Intent was signed by GEORGE YEO in 2003. The negotiation team was led by HENG SWEE KEAT between 2003-2005.

THE AGREEMENT WAS SIGNED BY LEE HSIEN LOONG IN 2005.

Here are the list of occupations the PAP Government opened up to INDIA, as listed in the CECA Annex 9A: List of professionals.

Why do you still want to vote for them to continue with this madness?
Why do we want to let PAP continue to defecate on us, the citizens of Singapore?

The ruling party has so little confidence on Jo Teo meh? Place her on walk over GRC?

How she carries on the screwed up the Singaporean labour market at the helm of the ministry.

They should have the actual broken down and granular data of unemployment, reemployed but in downgraded jobs, and continued having foreigners holding on to jobs Singaporeans can do.

The issuance of passes are only on hold for a short while, if they even do. At least they should review the existing population and expire those we don't need anymore.
