For MOE, due to the complicated school enrollment craps and records built over the years, they have complete records of one's parents, siblings, children, education, etc etc, in some cases more than some people know about themselves 🤣; for ICA, I guess is more about individual's records why separate records? guess no one else interested or want these much complicated stuff..... 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
