The Kennedys also.

So many family members in politics.

I think for them they are rich and power

and going into politics is to serve the nation.

They don't need to go into politics to earn a living.

Excepting Trump and Obama. Most of them are politically connected or are politically ambitious from a very young age.
Clintons are no different.

A large number of the MPs/career politicians in UK are actually PPE grads from oxford who many join backstaffer jobs for the political establishment. Then work their way up.
Similarly many pple on Capitol Hill are similar though due to the way Congress works, u do get more pple from all walks of life.
But they do join the establishment very early. And almost 100% of them will still be in political fields even after retirement from Congress. The most common retirement plan for Congressmen/women? Be Lobbyist in DC.

While over here in SG, many are really just higher flying civil servants who would have been just as comfortable being a perm sec/general etc when compared to being a minister.

Trump is definitely the aberrant one. Hence he's disliked greatly within the GOP. They just deal with him cos he bring in voters that they can't.

What u say is quite true. The sprite of communism is sharing the wealth. Every 1 is equal

When country start sharing the wealth to rescues  your company. It more or less go against  the spirit of Capitalism already

no 1 country can purely run on 1 system  alone. U need a good mixture.

Errr... Are you mixing up socialism with communism?

Communism in its original form makes little concession to market capitalism and is strictly a one party state with no political dissent.

Socialism can refer to a wide spectrum of political system and can be pro- or anti-market. Its main goal is to break social classes and this is done mostly via redistriction these days (Tax the rich and give to poor) or state ownership of essential goods and services.

The discussion these days is where is the most optimal mix between socialism and capitalism. ie. market economy with varying degree of redistriction/ support to keep everyone happy or rather to keep the poor from revolting against capitalism.

Why they complain?

The only thing that matters is winning right?

Better than a Democrat in the White House isn't it?

Do Republicans really want a Democrat as their president?
