Realised why their dry 白 noodles work even though it doesn't have a sauce. It's cos they give 腊肠 and some pork lard. Gives a bit of the fat into the dish. 

I prefer the black version though. They also sell 猪脚+饭。@Tohto try before? 

 

猪脚+饭 taste quite normal to me. Maybe because I prefer those cook with black black and thick thick sauce.

I like the white version noodle. Their wanton soup also quite nice.

Nasi lemak too but for my lunch.... The fish is fried so crispy that I could just crunch the whole head and bones without spitting anything out!

Simple breakfast today, bought soon kueh from market yesterday, heat it up this morning for breakfast. Soon kueh obviously is a Chinese dish and I am sure brought to Thailand by the teochew pwoplw.
