Australian F1 wagyu. Cross bred between angus and wagyu.
No wonder i like it. That's why i said it's the one with the most beefy flavour which is just not present in most USDA prime. And most wagyu is bit too gelat. This one is a good mix of both.
But the fiorentina is getting more and more expensive, $198

Yes ... ah long jiang 😆 . Once a while i will come over here . Must come early on normal day usually over 10 pax in queue. Today raining less people.

You more salty ... fish not salty type like those selling in other hawker center. Here they dont salt the fish to keep long hours. Everyday sure sell out in 2 to 3 hrs. I still have to go with Dao Xi for the fish .

I got the loose pieces at 53 (non spicy) and 55 (spicy) per kg since I am eating myself. The whole piece ones sell at $4 more.
