15-20 mins during morning? I waited about that for like 730 on a weekday morning. 80-90% of the coffeeshop is eating this one stall. Lunch time and wkend probably worse. 

It's a hawker dominator (food King terminology). 

U haven't had cai po until u had this man. But unfortunately it's rest day is my off day. So I seldom eat it.

The best black carrot cake I can find is at whampao market which is kind of far from my place.

I never tried the black. Most places use a too sweet type of dark sauce.
