Ever since they used fresh chicken and not frozen, tasted better to me. At least I do not see darkened bones which somewhat is a put off.

Less salty too. I only take drum and thigh chicken parts.

Texas Fried Chicken is still my favourite but since their outlet closed at CCP, I have yet to visit them.

Stay safe

Find kfc not as nice as kfc 10-20 yrs ago. Feel now the chicken taste diff. Few times dabao home open and bite see blood dripping. Think texas chicken more fresh than kfc

It's less salty and lighter marination but still nice for me though Texas Fried Chicken is definitely much nicer.

Not seen blood dripping thus far, eat-in or tabao-ing 😅. Think they want to prove to you its bloody fresh. Did you call to feedback or demand a change?

Stay safe

i don't eat out often. But so far to me, the best fried chicken I've tried in singapore belongs to pizzamaru.

I thought pizzamaru standard is sometimes good sometimes bad. The outlet in yishun looks always emty compared to the rest of the resturants.

I thought Basasak Chicken at Kovan is pretty good. I tried it while eating the chicken hotpot and nasilemak.

Chain wise, I thought jollybee and anortt's are the best fried chicken.

That location is poor. Only with the Covid enforced change in entrance do people know there's something there.

I feel it's consistent. But I just like their original fry. Their other chicken toppings less so cos its just drizzled on

come to think of it, I don't think have tried the original fry, although I have ate their chicken like 3-4 times.

Korean fried chicken must have sauce to me.

I really liked their pizza pre covid when they had the special crust (sweet potato inside). Post covid no more, so I seldom go back nowadays.

I tried their latest promo, 5 for $9.90 (KFC). Not bad leh. Promotion last day today.

Too bad, forgot to take photo. Only remember when hands already on the chicken.

I didn’t eat until clean. Avoid the blood area.

i also avoid my house nearest kfc outlet, bought there many times not fresh.

Not sharing any food pictures but the youtube channel about an luosuo old HK uncle now living in USA. He used to be a chef all his life but now retired and live with his spouse, son and DIL. What set him apart from other youtuber is that he can cook really well as a chef and really shared many details about the dishes from how to select ingredients properly to the significance of the dishes. Normal cooking channels will just show you how to cook certain dishes following the steps but not the background knowledge. In these shows the old uncle really share his knowledge on the process, eg he will tell you he used 12min to steam his fish of about 2lb but for fish double the size maybe need another 3min and not double the time, and salmon need only 7 to 8min, etc ,etc so your cooking knowledge will increase very broadly and not just specific to these ingredients only. So far I have tried out the steam chicken while my helper has cooked the ginger fried rice and chicken congee, all really nice. The level of details this uncle share will allow any novice to master the dishes easily.

Very nice 😋. Plenty of mutton with bones attached. The only thing is quite expensive.
