Le Matin Patisserie. “Lucky” to be one of the 30 daily to try Pastry Box V3. As always, I like Kouign Amann and found the plum galette the most refreshing in flavour.

Verdict: worth the try at least once but will still resort to TBB for my regular dose of Kouign Amann.

Prima deli waffle.

The taste and aroma drop a lot. Just taste like any regular waffle now. Their batter mix must have changed. No wonder don't see pple queuing up Anymore.

Nowadays I don’t patronize others anymore other than the ones at two Ngee Ann poly canteens. Super cheap and nice at 90c for the plain...crispy, hot, chewy, strong aroma. Top of all, polite staff who make them.

Was it crispy?

The one I bought at Wisteria Mall was soft.

Last time one more crispy. This type one bit nuah though I was only one of two waffles being done so they weren't in a rush.

But crispy is sorta of just based on time. I vaguely recall last time they seemed to use a timer. Now they don't.

Bought a big bunch of Malaysia Banana at fruit stall across the Hawker, quite cheap, only $2 for this 1.4kg set. If going by SS and NTUC pricing (~$2.4 - $2.5/kg),it would have cost close to $3.50

At SS this pisang moyan is $1.90/kg. Pisang Keling @ $2.50/kg.

The Salmon used is normal salmon or sashimi grade? As the salmon look like only half cook.

We used normal salmon. I find salmon best eaten pink so this piece is the best for me. Most of salmon has dried out as we extended the smoking time.

If you like fully cooked ones, definitely need more than 10mins.

the photo one is cooked liao. That's what just nice cooked salmon looks like.
I understand it still looks bit like that uncooked color, but it won't be watery or wet but juicy when u see it with naked eye.
If u cook to the same consistency inside as outside, sure outside is overdone.
