Think we are one of the better prepared team pre-start of season. Already gone for 2 friendly games and full squad training after the holiday break, all back safely and no one went to greece for drinking.

If Barca need to replace Suarez I recommend Alexandre Lacazette.

He links up with his France partner Antoine Griezmann very well

Our passing was sloppy and a lot of balls went astray ... Williams against Auba big issue but I think give him time. It seems Hendo was missed ... I was hoping that with him being injured we can look at bringing in someone else to lead the team.

I was hoping Alcantara / Fabinho / Keita in midfield with Milly and Hendo as backups. Front three supported by Minamino / Shaq / Brewster. I think Origi will leave cos he needs to think about his World Cup place. I think Shaq will also likely leave. I don't think our second team is strong enough especially Adrian - a bit shaky and does not give Virg confidence to push forward

Luckily the 5 sub rules will not be implemented tjos coming season. This rule will give quality deep benched team a big boast.

Chelsea looks good in their friendly win. 

Hopefully this defeat will give the pro signing camp the needed boost to complete that elusive signing.
