Can’t blame the police for being trigger happy. Everyday their life is on the line.

When Officer Jarrott, who was speaking to Cueva through the passenger window, asked him to step out of the vehicle, Cueva got out of the pickup truck with an AR-15-style rifle and fired a shot at Jarrott.

split second decision.

even though he pulled out to dump the gun behind the fence, the action already trigger the policeman's reaction. Especially it's late night, u can't see super well also even with the lights.

That’s why it is important to seek police permission before making any moves.

Yes and the boy threw the gun, that quick hand action is similar to pulling out gun to shoot police. It was split second decision. If police never shoot, the boy might shoot him first.

The boy was trying to throw away the evidence.

most of the police shooting case was caused culprit trying to run away, retaliate or act without police permission

its legal to own a gun in US.

he is not shooting at the police or trying to shoot any 1.

he follow police instruction stop and drop the gun

but he is shot and killed.

ppl can say the police is 情有可原。

i dun know, feel sad for the ppl, but its their life, only they themself can change it.

I read that he was shooting at passing cars with his friend at 4am.

Young boy yes but not innocent.

What would a normal 13 years old boy do at 4am? What were you doing when you are 13 years old?

I was just learning to PCC.🤣

Ya.  Saw that . Highly  believe  he is some gang member. Involve  in a gun fight or something before the police come.

But during his encounter with the police. I dun think he is shooting at any 1.

Can the police shoot him base on assumption? Infact during the police encounter i dun see him posing  any danger other  then holding a gun.

Its sad for the boys parents. Its even more sad for that police that killed him.

He will be brand as a child killer. Live with it for the rest of his life.

Its even more sad for the country and the system that make the police behave this way.

Iook at it another way, the  police themself isa victim  also.

You see the other link I posted. I have the uncensored video on WhatsApp but don’t know how to post here. The guy shot at the police with a AR-15 rifle many times.

Yes, agreed that the Police are victim also. Thanks to their Rights to bear arms.

Did you guys watch End of Watch starring Jake Gyllenhaal? Very realistic movie.

This is really screwed up. I think they have to use robocops and drones against criminals in future.

yalor ... each time after the fact ... every critics can replay and examine the video frame by frame ... and big canon comment ... no threat whatsoever

but during the chase ... during the confrontation ... 1 wrong step or 1 slow reaction ... it could have been the police that got a shot at the chest

who knows?
