Why are the police so brutal? They are all sadists or just simply bored with their job?

I am sure these police is only a fraction of their current force and they are assigned to locations more commonly prone to violent crimes. They are more likely to face armed or people who will resist violently. Their society tells these people they have that rights. luckily we idol their movies, songs, fashions, etc but we didn't follow their rights. 😂
