That's enough basis for the ban. Just do it. Trust is broken. Regardless the remedial and subsequent promises, it's too late. 

Iirc, India, UK already ban TT. Think Australia is forbidding TT on all government devices/officials' phones etc. I stand corrected.

Its pretty much a hung "interrogation"/"debate"/Kueh Lapis factory. It is not a very flattering platform for them. But yes, I get it that TT will be banned, must be banned and perfectly better to be safe than sorry. 

😅😂😂Yada-ing. Frankly, there are many apps on my mobile that's likely tracking me and better at it than my own memory.

I am immune to such, the TnCs before using most of the apps are much much much more yada-ing than my own. The legal jargon etc is enough to fry eggs over a few times.

Honestly, if they want to talk about security and tracking, the Americans themselves are no saints either. Facebook and Google track far more extensively.

The only difference is TT is Chinese owned. But if Chinese really wanna spy on Americans, they would use far more sophisticated methods than TT.

many places have money show, we had one too not that long ago.

Difference being what can one say about it:

In one place, one can make fun of it in public, mock it in public with no repercussion

In another, one will do it with friends and maybe hope under the anonymity of forums that will be no repurcussion

while in another, no one will even want to do it lest get disappeared.
