This Tucson launched at the wrong timing. Almost 160k, who will buy? I will view this car again 3 years later.

If the Tucson is estimated 160K, would anyone consider a EV i.e. Ioniq5 ? At least, the hp is better (estimated 200hp), saving in operating cost, cheaper maintenance as there is no need for engine oil, filter, spark plug, gear box, combustion engine, exhaust, catalytic converter etc

Upfront cost doesn't get offset by all the savings... maintenance is relatively cheap for Hyundai and so are the parts... and if you don't use expensive engine oil, it won't cost that much either... there's just no way to offset a $10,000 to $20,000 premium in capital outlaw right off the bat... in some cases, the difference could be as much as $30,000... think of the base model of the Avante versus the Kona electric...  Sgcarmart lists the base Avante at $97,000 while the base Kona electric is $140,000... how to buy?

Depends on competition bro, VW Tiguan and Toyota Harrier both selling for even higher price (> 170k), only Mazda CX-5 is lower priced, but then even the top trip comes with only 17” wheel, no sunroof, no turbo..

Bigger screen looks more appropriate, but then even the smaller one is better than I expected, at least no hard plastic around it that makes it look like some cheap OEM mod..

152,999 >>> 1.6turbo S/R

157,999 >>> 1.6turbo S/R 'S'

Wah at this price, makes the Merc GLA200 looks very reasonably priced at 160+k
