Car has grime so technically should discharge the soiled water to sewerage and not into the storm-water collection, especially if she is washing with car shampoo. PUB can go after her for discharging >50mg of total suspended solids per litre. Of course the water will eventually be potable once it is channeled back to our home but it is a burden on the national water treatment system if every sai also go into the storm-water collection.
