Last time walked 72km in 18 hours in army, with full battle order of course. Think 115 in 3 days is quite relax pace.

Now, can you walk 72km in 18 hours WITHOUT full battle order?

There was one time last year when I did a lot of walking. I was jogging frequently befoe that but switched to walking for my treatment. Then out of nowhere, my knee started giving me arthritis issues. Had to ask my wife drive and fetch Me home. Haha

When I was at my peak physically and younger.

I done the MR ultra.7 round and each round 10km. Around 7 to 8 hours in total if I remembered correctly.

42km average timing was 5hr to  6hr depend on weather and "mood".😄

When clocking mileage do 20km per night 100km in one week.

Ooooh those days.😄

Still clocking 15 - 20km running and 100km cycling per week.

Just started stretching yoga last week.

My running mileage will increase after October

Everyone peak when they were younger..lol.. I find myself peaking at my older age. I guess I have a low bar when I was younger, coz barely passed my 2.4km in the army.

If want to walk such a long distance, maybe need to slowly build up the distance, duration and stamina?! If not legs sure give way! 😂

Is a must to continue e exercising whether slow walk or jog.

As we all ages once we stop our physical always stop.

Due to injury I wasn't able to do any distance running. Now merely canal evening jog. 3 to 4 nights a week. Each session around 10k only.
