There was one time last year when I did a lot of walking. I was jogging frequently befoe that but switched to walking for my treatment. Then out of nowhere, my knee started giving me arthritis issues. Had to ask my wife drive and fetch Me home. Haha 5 1 1

When I was at my peak physically and younger. I done the MR ultra.7 round and each round 10km. Around 7 to 8 hours in total if I remembered correctly. 42km average timing was 5hr to 6hr depend on weather and "mood".😄 When clocking mileage do 20km per night 100km in one week. Ooooh those days.😄

Due to injury I wasn't able to do any distance running. Now merely canal evening jog. 3 to 4 nights a week. Each session around 10k only.
