Cannot help with your insurance but I can do better than that.

I can help remove your bad luck.

Come for my consultation and I will write the special feng shui word

on a piece of paper, burn the paper and put the ashes in water for

you to drink.

No more bad luck in future.

100% guaranteed.

This month 10% discount for all MCF members.

For ladies with bad luck I will do the flower bath as usual.

TS did he engage the handbrake

to take the impact of the masuk blakang lady?

That is one thing many people fail to do.

Engage hand brake when stationary.

This also lessens the impact of whip lash.

Let the brakes take the impact and not the wife.

Hi everyone thanks for the feedbacks.

I went to consult lawyers and i get different opinions. To those who have experiences do you might sharing.

Basically my wife is covered under her own insurance, hospitalisation care. During the administration, i let the nurse claim her insurances.

So i have asked the lawyers.

Lawyer 1 said :i cant claim anything from the 3rd party insurer cause i have claim my own insurances. In this case, nothing much to claim, only her loss of income and pain suffering.

Lawyer 2 said : I should stopped her insurance immediately now, and paid myself 1st in CASH, which add up to 10k. Crazy amount which i dont think i have. They will claim it back in 6-12 months. He keep saying we should not use our own insurance and pay else next year if any insurance clauses cos the premium goes up.. We  ownselves  bear for it.

Lawyer 3 said : In this special case, accident allow them to claim damages ie. future premium of my wife insurances or even the hospital bill, even we paid already. So it is ok to settle 1st with our insurances then they will claim from the party accordingly.

I am quite surprised why all lawyers said differently, i thought accident is quite a straight forward process.  Most importantly, i just want to ensure my wife future physio therapy and specialist is covered. I also dont see why my wife have to use her own insurance for the session.

Any advise out there would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks bro and sis.

You already gotten your answer. You don't want to use your wife insurance. I think if I were you, I will go with lawyer 3. But you need to let your insurance company know the situation. At least they are in the picture anything, they can also help you.

Honestly i dont even know who is speaking the right things. I just feel the lawyers just want to earn from my wife. No. 3 lawyer didnt even dare to tell me her charges, only say she will have to take a cut from the compensation and the third party, but she dont know how much depending on how "complicated".

I feel Lawyer 2 also the same, he say pay out in cash and give him the receipt. He say he be charging 20% from my compensation. So it is like i doing for his benefit by paying up cash upfront and cancel my wife insurance process.
