Pfizer-BioNTech's COVID-19 vaccine just got a lot easier to transport and distribute.

New stability data collected by Pfizer and BioNTech allow it to be stored at

temps between 5°F and -13°F -- ranges available in standard medical freezers found in most clinics and care facilities.

Got my first dose yesterday. Not much of an issue, except muscle soreness this morning. Akin to BCG shot way back then.

Appetite is way better than any other days. I bowl of mee rebus and 2 full size ham/cheese sandwiches.

A friend of mine said his father in his 90s staying in Tanglin Halt got called up for 1st jab at Tg Pagar CC tomorrow.

My friend feedback that his father has slight increase in BP and heart rate after the jab, but subsided the next day. He felt well enough to continue with his routine afternoon exercise.

He said it''ll be good if we can take our own BP and heart rate about an hour before the jab, just for comparison and monitoring purpose.

Case 60448

Case 60448 is a 33 year-old male Malaysian national, a Work Permit holder employed by PSA Corporation Ltd as a lashing specialist.

He arrived from Malaysia on Dec. 23, 2020, and served Stay-Home Notice at a dedicated facility until Jan. 6, 2021. His swab taken on Jan. 3 during SHN was negative for Covid-19. His tests from Rostered Routine Testing (RRT) were also negative, with the last such test on Feb. 13.

He was detected when he was tested on Feb. 21 as part of RRT. His pooled test result came back positive for Covid-19 the next day.

An individual test was done on Feb. 23, and he was confirmed to have Covid-19 infection on Feb. 24. He was subsequently conveyed in an ambulance to the National Centre for Infectious Diseases.

Case 60448 received his first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine on Jan. 22, and the second dose on Feb. 14.

However as it typically takes a few weeks for an individual to build up immunity after completing vaccination, he was likely to have been infected before he was conferred protection after vaccination.

Johnson & Johnson Covid vaccine: FDA approves single-shot jab

US regulators have formally approved the single-shot Johnson & Johnson coronavirus vaccine, the third jab to be authorised in the country.

The vaccine is set to be a cost-effective alternative to the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, and can be stored in a refrigerator instead of a freezer.

Trials found it prevented serious illness but was 66% effective overall when moderate cases were included.

The vaccine is made by the Belgian firm Janssen.

Russia's one like also good. But don't know about safety.

ownself say ownself good.
Not saying not good. But as good as touted despite the fact that inactivated vaccines from sinopharm/Sinovac (China), AZN (British) and J&J (Belgium) are not bad, but not great?
