Plus the DBSS only starts it lease when it has handled over the keys, so after catering for 8 years age, it still have over 90 years left. This compares with a leasehold condo which is 8 years of age but add on 5 years of construction will have 86 years left already. AMK DBSS consider not far from MRT, but no see $1m deal. Lol. Indeed not all DBSS would break record, always only that few DBSS break $1m deals.
