Quite simular to a case that happened in Singapore because of an unlicensed liposuction procedure

What was the COD?

Overdosage of anaesthesia? 

Or the liposuction procedure?

Does the beauty salon ever consider the patient's pre-existing condition like eg. hypertension or whatever? Young so what? Means healthy for sure?

Does the beauty salon have the necessary equipment and know how to revive the patient if her vital signs were to crash?

I think most ppl just go for the cheaper option regardless of health safety. It will continue to happen as long as ppl dont want to know about the risks involved in such a procedure. Blame who now? Too late.
