Dealers will bid until they secure the  number of COEs to deliver the number of cars for that month. Of course, subject to a max COE price they are willing to pay.

That's cutting it a bit close unless SA already gave a headsup to buyer.

Some dealers have healthy margins so they may choose to pay more for the coe

I am surprised this PI got the most good reviews online.. wonder if its all fake reviews written by own staffs Maybe? Worst experience ever collect deposit already and don't even bother. Stay clear of this PI!
