So who audits SFA? Are their instruments calibrated properly? Who approves the results? Please come clean, SFA!!

SFA didnt seem to clarify what the miscommunication was. And why 3rd part testing company has to get involved?

Got leh.

The miscomm lies with the emails between JB and SFA. In a reply to JB's query about the use of sorbid acid in kweh. They reply 'can', which is an error. 

Sorbid acid is only allowed in kweh fillings, not kweh itself.

So, when they conduct surprise checks, they found the acid in the kweh and suspended it. 

So, JB was not wrong as SFA said "can use" and SFA was not wrong in suspending the kweh as they found the acid in the kweh.
