The cyclists are reckless. But Hyundai driver did not see cyclists on narrow footpath with obstacles at bus stop. Never anticipate cyclists next move. TP calls this "Never keep proper lookout."

I was waiting for a happy ending to this video clip; unfortunately it did not happen

Sentosa speed limit there too slow already 50km/hr......

They pedal hard enough at downslope will reach that in few seconds.

That kind d of speed might as well ban all cars too like they ban motorcycles.

Let's have a raise of hands, how many of you actually look in your side mirror when turning right when no cars can overtake you?

I will look at side mirror....

But won't check blindspot in such situation.

This exit is almost like a 360deg turn. Likely the car going too fast on the wet road with almost bald or lousy tyre.

Driver had enter bend too fast and brake middle of it.

To stand in front of the car is very dangerous.

The new CTE-Seletar roads in both directions have quite sharp curves. Below them the CTE-SLE roads can be quite dangerous too.

Drivers new to these roads and new drivers are likely to be caught off guard when entering these curves beyond 80 km/hour.

There were spectacular crashes of ultra expensive cars on these roads before the speed limits were imposed.

First taxi hogging turning lane is wrong and should be fine.70%

Second, MPV maybe forced to take 2nd lane before turning must check blind spot before turning. 0~5% depending how you see it

Third, biker seeing signal of MPV should not take any chances of overtaking, should anticipate MPV has the intention of turning right by slowing down or stop.25 ~ 30%

Biker fault. Biker has

  1. no blind spot,
  2. the signal was turned on for sometime to alert him.
  3. the car was turning gradually, not last minute turn.
  4. No available lane on the right for him to overtake, he should be aware coz it's in his view

with 100% front view of the scene, he has the most information to make a judgement to prevent an accident, and he chose the most stupid one.

The right lane is a taxi queue that extended out to the road. Will u wait in the taxi queue to further congest the road if u are doing picking and drop off?
