If never bring ID then get someone to bring to police station before police release him or her.

I don't usually have the time to videos here. When I encounter something really bad on the road, I usually make an online TP report or report it to the company if the vehicle is identifiable by a company logo.

This one is thug and probably the best way out is to post the video here.

Waiting along the side of the road (Paya Lebar Road) on busy weekday afternoon causing vehicles to go around it. On a weekday afternoon, Paya Lebar Road is busy enough and now this SLR1882C decides to wait at the side of the road causing more slow down because vehicle in lane 4 have to go around it. 

Gave it a big horn and the driver starts gesticulating as if he has the right to stop and wait. Came out of the car trying to pick a fight. There are other people inside the vehicle which I am not sure if it is PHV passenger or friends of driver. After the driver came out the rest of the people also came out of the car. I can only assume the rest of the people are probably friends of the driver.

If you do not like to be horned at, don't stop in a way that will inconvenient others. If you need to wait, go into the carpark and wait. SLR1882C could have easily stop at the tip of the bus bay where it won't cause too much inconvenient to the buses existing bus bay and also won't cause main traffic to go around it. 

If you can't stand being horned at, don't drive. If you are a PHV driver, then this thuggish behaviour will not get you anywhere.

His gesture was to thank you.... finally he waited long enough to have an avenue to let off steam.....

You were his pressure relieve valve.... 😅

Just make sure you are far and fast enough not to get burnt by the steam.

Actually why you bother to stop and horn? The lane next to you seems clear for some time as there were no vehicles passing you. Cant you overtake quickly?

There are many idiots on the road. Why did you pay so much attention to this one? If me I would have avoided it and moved on. I definitely wont waste my time to stop and horn. Not worth it.

There was a CHR when I was about to lane change to go around SLR1882C. I could have been the idiot that force the lane change and make the CHR to brake hard and the CHR would have been the 'collateral damage' because of of SLR1882C inconsiderate stopping.
