This was in China. Read the chinese word on the blue table.

If "中新xxxx", it must be in China.

If "新中xxxx", then it must be in Singapore.

yes, think it's an event held yest and today, in china. dunno is it she went there, or done virtually.

think her title must be given by SG side, even if she's there. If that's the case, then is her kai kia mistake #1, and China also either bo-chup it or purposely malu her by not spotting/correcting it (mistake #2...)
