I had to go KL for a biz trip and my MY colleague took us out for dinner.

He was a devout Hindu and was going to carry the Kavadi for Taipusam so had to go vegetarian for 3 months.

So we went to a vegetarian restaurant and it was such a good meal I didn't miss meat.

So I think if we had good veg dishes then more people don't need to eat every meal.

Almost all fried stuff. Anything fried usually is tasty, even cauliflower!

It may be vegetarian, but it doesn't mean it is healthy.

That's very true.

One of the dishes I really enjoyed was the deep fried cauliflower.

And I hate cauliflower. I also hate Brussels sprouts but someone told me deep fry it becomes very nice.

If a person has a healthy diet then don't change

but most of us especially me have a very unhealthy diet with lots of meat

so might as well have an unhealthy diet without meat a few times a week.

I sacrifice myself to save the planet.

I scared she scold me. She looks like my MIL.

Which part bigger?

Not a trick question lah....

But your counter question trigger  some thoughts. 🤔

If I am bodybuilder....

Maybe I will eat it if it allows better absorption of protein.

Like bigger Biceps 💪, quads, chest, deltoids etc.... 😅

Anyway what is real meat?

People should see what goes into a burger and a sausage.

People will be shock how much actual meat goes into them.

Lab-grown chicken to be sold in Singapore after 'world's first' approval for cultured meat

SINGAPORE: Consumers in Singapore can soon get a taste of lab-grown or cultured chicken after food technology start-up Eat Just received the go-ahead to sell the product here.

Announcing this on Wednesday (Dec 2), Eat Just said its cultured chicken has been given “first-in-the-world regulatory approval” by Singapore authorities. It will be used as an ingredient in its “chicken bites” or nuggets which the company plans to launch at a later date.

This would likely be the first time globally that a cultured meat product is sold commercially, said the Singapore Food Agency (SFA), which made public on Wednesday new guidelines to ensure the safety of food inventions.

Alright, who wants to eat delicious man-made chicken ?

How about man-made human meat?

No need to kill humans for it

That reminds me, if I go 3 days without meat, just vegetable, I feel "cleaner" on the inside, or as least feel different.

Not sure if anyone feels the same.
