The owner probably mentioned about near town, near amenities, near MRT. 

Ideal for single,

suitable for less 60kg body weight

I am going to remt a shed in the backyard of a GCB.

Most of the time, the tenant would be at the living room, swimming pool and other places.

But I won't rent to live in such a condition, even if it is for the night.

Yup, this is what I hear too. The tenant staying in the utility hangs out in the living room.

Are these legal tenants? Meaning do they sign a proper contract with stamp duties paid?

anything can be done as long as not caught  

i think i can rent out my balcony too since need a place to sleep only

high floor with million dollar view cum super airy and definitely wont feel claustrophobic

Yes and therefore I am talking about legality. And i want authorities to do their job.  Clamp down on illegal renting of private , hdb, whatever.  Otherwise, what is Law?
