sadly, some healthy patients have died

This is very serious. Time to seriously look into our health care system to ensure we have local trained personnel.  Relying on FT and sub contracting cannot work.

You say this because you know that non-Singaporeans are definitely involved? 
 

What if it turns out that it is a locally trained “true blue” Singaporean that made the mistake, whatever it is.

So they are saying the test kit got issue. And they are contacting all the patients who took the tests with the test kit as far back as 2012....

180 is only part of the numbers🤐

Like that cb liao.  I understand that the number of patients is low as compared to the total population.

Accordingly, if there is an abnormally high number, an investigation should be done.
