Hi all, I am tempted to port over to Changi Mobile, only a few months old and riding on M1 network, but wanted to hear from current/past users if it is any good or at least useable, for the price.
Thanks.

I recently renewed my 4 x SIM ONLY plans with Singtel. $20/month that comes with 50GB, 1000min talk time, 12 months contract and free for first 3 months. Average out to be $15/month

Giga plan indeed not bad for only $10. This is like the cheapest plan around and yet given more talktime/sms and also rollover unused data. But too bad there is no CS support at all.

I have been on giga for 1 year +  already. First ported one line to try them out, then 6 months later, another line.

I never had any issue over the 1 year +.  Never had any need to contact CS too. But I think there is a live chat in the giga app if anyone need CS support.

They deliver the SIM card to my house the next day, both time arrived at the slot they promised.

The rollover feature is insane. My plan is the lowest at 6GB, and since I don't usually leave my house due to covid, it has been rolling to now like 17GB?

I'm with the previously for 1 year plus then ported to Changi Mobile, regretted, now looking for plans to port back to Giga.

If no issue then CS not important lo. The so called live chat in the giga app also automatic recorded de, not much use also. I used their CS and made my blood boiled. However i am still with giga now due to cheap plan at $10. Lol.

That is quite a good deal.

I have 3 lines all with Giga for a total of $40 ($20+$10+$10)for all 3. My only complaint about Giga is there are places where I get very slow speed. In some instances payment via paylah for example would not get through. This happened rarely so I will bear with it for now.

Singtel definitely has the best network and their pricing certainly reflects that. Still waiting for comparable offers from them before switch to either Gomo or Singtel directly.

yeah, M1 network quality has been on the decline for the past few years.

some open places can have no coverage one.

so if I switch to Changi Mobile, its purely because its cheaper than M1 (the devil I know). :XD:

I also read that Changi Mobile has a seniors plan which is good for our parents. When Seniors Go Digital was launched, only Starhub has a cheap and good plan, $8 iirc ...
