The number of submitted bids seems to be low. Are there dealers holding back their submissions until the last minute? There were 1.403 and  1,631 received for Cat A and  B for the last round. At this time of posting (3:45 pm) there are 1,069 and 1,210  only. If there are no last-minute submissions, the COE will probably end up lower this round.
