Managed to buy some pacific clams from SS. 

And managed to get some fish sauce and doenjang. 

The tampines ss is really damn big and has lots of stuff.

Commercial made ones are always loaded with sugars, best option is to DIY, not difficult for Kueh Bangkit, you can gauge and cut off the sugar on your own.

Haven’t had dinner. On MC due to the nerve behind the ear having inflammation. Started at 1am and couldn’t sleep. After doctors and injection, still couldn’t sleep, so I made acher-acher for CYN. Just finished, leaving in the fridge overnight.

Blenched in hot boiling water for only 2 minutes. 🙂 Removes the spiciness (Heat) so when pickled will not be spicy when you bite into it.
