Those are temporary patches. In the past, about 30years ago all we had were these type of patches as permanent . Now the huge road layer will come in and repave after a while.

All digging of trenches for cable or pipe works will have mandatory resurfacing. It is in the contact.

Also be careful after exiting Suntec city car park going towards Marina Bay Sands.  Have potholes too.

Encountered 3 potholes within 1-2 km stretch at Boundary Road last evening. I thought it is due to construction, maybe it is because of the constant flooding.

Moreover last 2-3 weeks keep raining, even repair the hole will appear again

This morning first time saw a police car parked by the road side along Bedok Heartbeat with policemen placing traffic cones marking a few potholes. After an hour when passing by again, saw some contractors there mending the potholes with the patrol car still around. Really on the ball.
