While online still can do promotion/endorsements currently, lot of these celebs/media people all also reduced income. And those more famous ones, currently can't travel overseas easily to do foreign productions.

I think they didn't realise consumer psychology.  The price disparity is too huge from the normal mee siam at $3.

Ppl will try one time and that's it. It's not sustainable.  They will go back to $3 mee siam.
