I calculated his commission of the City minus off all the biscuits

and he owe me money so he faster chow lah.

He didn't want to pay back all that money.

I think COE will stay more or less same ie sideways movement.

Don't see any trigger factor for it to go up or down significantly. Bookings I think not really plentiful nor were there weak bookings so status quo is my prediction.
