I’m always wary of drivers who drive vehicles which they don’t personally own.

I am going to sell that too.

More profitable then selling real cars.

And after people burn already they need to buy another one.

Yes, I encounter many times fully loaded with passengers behind and speeding at 90-100km/h.

Lorry if have workers in cargo bed is 50kph max

becuase is 60kph -10kph

but I see them usually quite considerate when they take the middle lane

Spoiler

Because they don’t road hog but push road hoggers :XD:

Hogger!

Think the so-called hogger was hogged by the biker who incidentally switched lane during the overtaking move....

Feel sorry for the front passenger coz that’s where the impact was. Instant death. Probably was sleeping. RIP.

Thought LTA had a study to ferry workers using buses ? .....  :darkmood:

People: ferrying workers by lorry is not safe. They are not cattles

boss: look, if I cater bus to ferry them, my cost will go up. Building and repairs will take longer to do because there isn’t enough buses and drivers. My cost goes up, my price also goes up

lta: ok, can ferry workers behind but limit workers numbers and speed

boss: ok

worker driver: thanks boss 😎

This is sad situation of our roads, 3 lanes and 2 are taken by lorries (even at time lorries overtake from 1st lane).
TP should really do something to force these lorries to be in 3rd lane to allow others to stay in 2nd and enforce 1st lane for emergency vehicles or overtaking only.

I better wakeup now.

1 dead, 16 lorry passengers taken to hospital after PIE accident

sorry to see someone has died.

But the way I look at it, it is a matter of time such accident happen. I use part of BKE for work everyday, those lorry with full of Bangladesh workers running at 80 to 90km per hour, cutting in and out of the lane.

RIP for the deceased, driver should be taken to task.

This morning I was in 4th lane at Kappel overhead bridge and saw in back mirror this lorry with workers speeding and in 1st lane.
Later he went to 2nd lane and left me behind, I was clocking 80 to see if he really beat me to it and he didn't disappoint me.

These people are no more scared of summons, as there is no one to catch them.
