Looks like i got some minutiae wrong. Red Maserati (culprit) and red Mazda (cockanathan who stopped to help) blocking 2 lanes and yellow freed (cockanathan 2) ran over the fallen woman. The acccident at cte a couple of days back is outside istana. There was another fatal one where the guy got thrown out of the convertible. And this was at whampoa.
