there is a  cycling lane, why can't they use it? They deserve the accident regardless why and how the accident had happened 😃😃😃.  I know this accident has  nothing to do with cycling lane , but they deserve the fall.

Seems to be the case to me. Initial crossing speed up then when reaching the approaching bus slow down and throw himself on the road on slightest impact.
