If he continues to drive in this manner, sooner he will get into trouble, just hope he will meet a big tree before hurting any one on the road.

There isn't any explicit marking on the road inside the roundabout. So the general roundabouts rules applies. Unless I'm wrong.

Wrong lah. In Australia maybe enter left lane got to exit left, but here not the case. Keep left if want to exit, left lane can go straight or exit left (see the lane markings - 2 lanes throughout the roundabout).
