Plenty of cars nowadays have cameras, and even if the target car doesn't have one, the vehicles opposite have. If one wants to pull off such shit, there's plenty of other "more civilised" manners to do this, e.g.: - Leaving a note with your written displeasure (hey, nothing wrong with leaving a note on a windscreen right?) - Parking your car beside the target car, and using your own car door to ding/bash the target car (again, never seen anyone caught by this method before) - Parking your car beside the target car, and open your doors wide to use as cover...
