Coe drop, total collection drop by how much for this round?

Lucky to all bidder this round... Tesla screwed up their bidding process and somehow didn't bid for quite a handful of their customers. Given they are bidding at $69K this around, it's like we see the COE going higher if the bids were in.

3 weeks gap between bids always up lah... some more such a big fall in last round
